Our Mobile Notary Policy
Minimum Appointment Fee; $125 (includes the first notarization & travel within 10 miles) | Notary Fee: $10 per notarized signature (per Arizona state law)
Travel Fee: $0.445 per mile (round trip) based on Arizona’s state-regulated mileage rate | Every additional 5 miles incurs a $25 charge due upon arrival | One signer
State-regulated notary fee: Same-day scheduling (if available; preferred 24-48 hours' notice) must call | Appointments during regular business hours (8 AM - 5 PM, weekend availability by request)
Additional Services & Fees: $30.00 per additional signer | $30.00 per credible witness | $30.00 per document witness (you provide) | $95.00 per document witness (we provide) | $75.00 additional time at the signing table (per hour) | 1.00 per additional printed page | $50.00 premium business hours appointment (before 8 AM or after 5 PM) | $30.00 plus mileage for package pickup | $30.00 plus mileage for package delivery

Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment once without a new booking fee if at least 12 hour's notice is given. | Cancellations do not qualify for a refund of the booking travel fee. | Prepaid travel and notary fees may be credited toward a future appointment (valid for 30 days). | No-shows or cancellations less than 4 hours before the appointment will forfeit all prepaid fees.

Client Responsibilities: Valid ID Required: Clients must provide a valid, unexpired government-issued ID at the time of notarization.
Signer Must Be Present: The individual signing the document must be present and fully aware of the document’s contents. | Document Prepared in Advance: The document must be completed prior to the notary’s arrival, except for the signature section. Notaries cannot provide legal advice or draft documents.

Availability: 24/7 by appointment
