Service Description and Limitations

The Office Consulting Agency provides business consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Business planning, market research, and operational consulting.

• Compliance documentation and policy creation.

• Customized business strategy sessions and membership plans.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, our services are advisory in nature. Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

 

Payment Terms, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payment Terms:

• Payments are due as outlined in your service agreement.

• Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month.

Refunds:

• Payments for services rendered are non-refundable.

• Prepaid services are refundable only if the project has not yet begun.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be made in writing and adhere to the notice period specified in your agreement.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver services.

• Respond to requests for feedback or approval within the specified timelines.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with our services.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay service delivery and incur additional charges.

 

Intellectual Property

• Deliverables provided as part of our services become the client’s property upon full payment.

• The Office Consulting Agency retains the right to reference non-confidential work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

 

Legal Disclaimers and Liability

• Our services are provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied.

• We are not liable for outcomes resulting from client implementation of our advice.

• The Office Consulting Agency is not responsible for damages arising from third-party software, services, or recommendations.

 

Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as per the terms outlined in the service contract.

• Termination does not absolve the client from outstanding payments for services rendered.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Arizona courts.

 

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or our website at least 30 days before they take effect.
